Gov. Bong Lacson led the opening of the Abanse Negrense Panaad Sportsfest at the Panaad Park and Stadium, this morning.
The sports event is participated in by teams from the cities and municipalities of Negros Occidental, who will compete in athletics, boxing, football, chess, arnis, softball, karatedo, and taekwondo tournaments. (Capitol PIO)
