XinQ’s surprising move to Xtreme gaming fuels retirement speculation for Paparazi post Riyadh Masters in 2023

Other news is that speculations are emerging about Paparazi. The highly accomplished Chinese Dota 2 carrier player may be considering retirement after Riyadh Master 2023. Paparazi is a Dota 2 professional who plays for the team EHOME. He has an impressive career and many accolades. Insiders say that Paparazi may be considering retirement in order to pursue other interests, or simply take a break from a demanding competitive schedule. Fans and other players are eagerly awaiting any news on Paparazi’s future plans. They also express their gratitude to him for his contributions to Dota 2 regardless of his choice.
Xtreme Gaming officially announced its Dota 2 lineup after speculation and soft confirmations by players over the last few days. Hu was announced to have left the Chinese organization in a post on Weibo. “Kaka” Liangzhi who joined Team Aster in less than a fortnight, and Zhao, formerly of PSG.LGD, at position four “XinQ” Zixing. According to Xtreme Zhang “Paparazi” Chengjun informed the organization of his desire to retire and leave, but he decided to stay for the Riyadh Masters in 2023 on the request of the organization. Competing teams are only allowed to make one roster change.
Xtreme Gaming adds XinQ into its Dota 2 roster
After thanking Kaka and expressing pity at not being able to continue, Xtreme welcome XinQ into position four of the Weibo post.
Following the recent announcement Kaka joined Aster as he replaced Ye “BoBoKa” ZhibiaoXinQ suggested that he join Xtreme, but also noted that a contract had not been signed. He said he is not in great shape at the moment because he has just retired, but that other Xtreme Gaming players are confident about him.
XinQ became a massively popular player while playing PSG.LGD in the years 2020-2022. However, he took a short break from the game. He became one of the most consistent and influential position four players. He won the WePlay AniMajor in 2022 and the Riyadh Master 2022 and placed second at the PGL Arlington major 2021 and The International.
Paparazi had also suggested that he would take a rest for a while, which is the equivalent of retiring. He has now agreed to represent Xtreme Gaming in the Riyadh Masters, but it is not clear if he will remain with them or another team afterward.
