A video of the rushing water with mud encroaching in a road at the side of the mountain has gone viral.

The exact place where it happened was in Ha’rang, Banawel, Natonin, Mt. Province.
Authorities immediately closed that side of the road.

In Camarines Sur, a video of a family and their baby climbing up the roof to escape floodwaters in Camarines Sur has gone viral.
In the video shared by GMA News on social media, one can see a man and a woman handing over a baby to another man in the roof.
Upon getting the baby, the man immediately clambered up to another part of the roof towards what appears to be another building.
It can be recalled that several areas in Camarines Sur have been under floodwaters brought about by typhoon Kristine, and in some instances, putting even the second floor of houses underwater.
News, photos or videos that arouse the interest of netizens would often go viral on social media, due to the attention netizens give them. These viral posts appeal to the emotions of netizens, and in rare cases, such could also happen to ordinary people, making them very relatable.
In another news, a big and popular shopping mall in Naga City, Camarines Sur, was not spared from the flooding brought about by typhoon Kristine. In a series of photos shared by GMA News, one can see an entire floor submerged in knee-to-thigh-high floodwaters. According to the netizen who took the photos and shared them online, some grocery items were carried away by the floodwaters. The mall, which also served as a temporary shelter, provided food to those who are inside the said establishment.
Meanwhile, some Naga City residents, in a video shared by GMA News, already need to go to houses with a third floor to escape floodwaters. In the video, one can see some residents of Brgy. Traingulo in Naga City going to their neighbors’ houses that have third floors. According to one resident, they helped some of their neighbors by inviting them to stay in the third floor of their house. Floodwaters brought about by Typhoon Kristine have submerged the second floor of some of the houses in Albay.
