Mayor Vico filed his COC, hoping to have his third term as the municipal mayor of Pasig.
His possible rival is businesswoman Sarah Discaya.
Following the issues circulating about his son’s possible opponent, ‘Bossing’ reminded the public that the Pasigueños were smart and knew what was right from wrong.

He also gave Mayor Vico a short yet heartfelt message.
“Hindi, yung mga style na bulok hindi uubra dito sa Pasig yun. Alam ng mga Pasigueños kung ano ang tama, kung ano ang mali.Nakita naman natin ang pagbabago sa takbo gn gobyerno dito. Eh mga old style na pulitika, wa epek na dito sa Pasig,” said Bossing Vic. “Matalino ang mga Pasigueños. Matalino na ang ating mga botante ngayon.”
When asked what’s his advice to his son, he said, “Keep up the good work. He’s doing a good job. I’m proud of him.”
Vico’s mom, Miss Coney Reyes was also there to support him.

Vic Sotto is a well-known Filipino actor, comedian, and TV host, famous since the 1970s. He started his career in a disco band and became part of a comedy trio with Tito Sotto and Joey de Leon. Vic has hosted “Eat Bulaga!” since 1979 and co-founded TVJ Productions. He starred in several sitcoms and movies, including the “Enteng Kabisote” film series.
