Sharon Cuneta, in her latest interview, admitted she once texted Alden Richards over his romance rumors with Kapamilya star, Kathryn Bernardo.
During her interview with ABS-CBN’s MJ Felipe, Sharon was asked about her thoughts regarding Alden and Kathryn’s ongoing romance rumors.

While Sharon did not want to contact Alden and ask him directly about it, she did admit to texting him and expressing her joy if the said news was true.
“Ayokong magsabing oo pero tawagan ko si Alden mamaya. Nahiya ako, ‘Anak, kayo na ba?’ Pero nag-message ako sa kanya na, ‘Nak, kung totoo yan. Napakasaya ko.’ Nakatrabaho ko na silang 2, parehong super bait na mga tao,” Megastar recalled.

By the end of her now-viral interview, Megastar even openly admitted she cannot contain her excitement but that she feels shy to ask them about it.
“So, I cannot contain my excitement pero nahiya ako magtanong,” Sharon confessed.

According to Sharon, “At this point, we’re estranged, and I’m very very hurt.” Despite the news, Sharon said a parent will always love their child regardless of the circumstances.
