Sen. Raffy Tulfo, in a live broadcast via ABS-CBN, publicized the intel that reached him concerning the white viral SUV with a plate number “7” that passed the EDSA buslane.

He said that based on his intel, it was a relative of a senator who was riding the said vehicle, but he also underscored that it was not the senator who was in the vehicle at the time.
“I also know for a fact na ito’y related sa isng senador.”
“Related ito sa isang senaodr, pero hindi yung senador ang sakay ng SUV na yun at the time. That I can say for now.”

He then narrated a timeline, where he mentioned that the alleged relative of the senator arrived in Manila from Narita, Tokyo, and that the direction of the SUV was Solaire in Quezon City.
He also mentioned that the security seated in front of the SUV was allegedly a former AFP member.
