SB19’s Justin De Dios Swoons Fans with ‘Soft Spot’ Cover

It’s a cover that hits you right in the feels! SB19 member Justin De Dios captures the hearts of fans with his cover of ‘Soft Spot’ by Keshi.

In a new video shared on TikTok and Instagram, Justin delivers his rendition of the viral track, showcasing his sweet vocals that perfectly complement the track’s warm and feel-good instrumental. Adding an extra dose of charm to the cover, it also features a special guest: Justin’s cat, Saoirse, who appears behind him throughout the video while he sings.

Justin’s rendition of ‘Soft Spot’ has captured the hearts of thousands, amassing over 1.5 million plays on TikTok and more than 70,000 likes on Instagram as of November 7.

Local personalities have also shared their love for the cover, including actor Fifth Solomon, and VJ Ai, who commented: “Bagay! Do this more often, Justin!!! ”. It evidently charmed fans as well, who shared comments like “more keshi covers jah please naiiyaq na ako,” and “kinikiligfave song ko ‘to ni keshi”

Some other fans can also noticed the SB19 member’s resemblance to keshi, with comments like “Akala ko si keshi talaga” and
“Galing! You actually look like keshi”
“Soft Spot” is the latest single from Requiem – the sophomore album of Vietnamese-American singer Keshi. This was released last September 13  on all streaming platforms. The song is recently gaining traction on social media, with the track being  #26 on Viral Songs chart, #117 on Daily Top Songs of Spotify Philippines and #68 on the Billiboard Philippines Hot 100 as of November 7.

keshi is also known as the hitmaker of  ‘Understand’ and ‘Limbo’. He will be visiting Manila for his Requiem Tour on March 4, 2025.
