Samsung unveils the next generation S10 series tablets with MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chipset

The South Korean tech giant has unveiled its latest S10 series tablets, the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra and Galaxy Tab S10 Plus. Samsung’s latest generation tablets bring large screens, powerful flagship processor, a dedicated AI button on their keyboard covers, and massive battery life, albeit at a premium price tag. The Samsung Galaxy S10 Ultra and S10 Plus are Samsung’s first tablets that are purposefully ‘built for AI’. Samsung’s Galaxy AI enhancements come in the form of improved processing power to make AI features more responsive- including multi-speaker transcription, better handwriting conversion, home-AI device management, and more.
The Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra features a 14.6-inch display and the Galaxy Tab S10+ comes with a slightly small 12.6-inch display. Both panels feature Dynamic AMOLED 2X tech, offering a vibrant yet natural viewing experience, even outdoors. Samsung incorporated an anti-reflective technology in its latest tablets, minimizing distracting glare and reducing the reflection rate.
Under the hood, both devices are powered by MediaTek’s latest Dimensity 9300+ processor paired with up to 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of internal storage. For lenses, the S10 Ultra and S10 Plus features a 13MP primary camera with an 8MP ultrawide shooter. On the front, there’s a dual 12 + 12MP camera on the S10 Ultra, while the S10 Plus ships with a single 12MP selfie camera.
The Ultra boasts a massive 11,200mAh battery, while the S10 Plus has a slightly less 10,090mAh battery. Both have 45W fast-wired charging support. Other features of the S10 series tablets include IP-68 water and dust-resistant ingress protection, S-Pen, book cover keyboard support, AI features like a circle to search, sketch to image, and more,
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra starts at $1200, and the base S10 Plus is priced at $1000. Both tablets are now available for pre-order via Samsung’s official website, and open sales will begin on October 3. Samsung offers two beautiful color options -Moonstone Gray and Platinum Silver.
