(CNN) — Willy Wonka is back. The chocolatier and torturer of naughty children is getting the prequel treatment in a new film starring Timothée Chalamet, coming to cinemas in December.

Chalamet’s first footage as Roald Dahl character Wonka was released on Tuesday. In it, a young Wonka sets out to disrupt the chocolate business and dismantle a candy cabal.
