The speculation initially began to gain traction after the known beauty queen posted a heartfelt message on Facebook on Wednesday, June 4, introducing her son to the public for the first time.

“Meet Trevor. For a while, I kept this part of my heart quietly, out of love and protection. Today, I’m finally ready to share with you the greatest gift life has ever given me. This is Trevor, my son, my light, and my strength. He’s the reason I smile a little bigger, dream a little louder, and love a whole lot deeper,” she wrote, touching the heart of her fans and followers on the social media site.

However, before the speculation about her and the Kapuso actor could get even bigger on social media, Chella swiftly cleared the air on Thursday, June 5, stating in a Facebook post, “Hi, everyone! Just to clarify, I’m not Tom Rodriguez’s girl, so please let’s stop spreading false rumors.”

She also followed it up with a new post: “Masobraan rajod ka marites mga tao ron gaka bomboang na hahaha laban lang mo dra! I just wanna say thank you pod sa mga people na maskin wala pa ko nag sulti kabalo sila unsay tinuod. Thank you for defending me! True friends kaayo mo.”

Tom Rodriguez is a Filipino actor, model, and TV host.
