Matet de Leon, in a viral video on social media, offered some ‘real talk’ to a netizen who bashed her and called her “laos” on TikTok.
On her TikTok page, @misismatet, the actress posted an almost 2-minute video in which she addressed the netizen’s comment.

“Carmina is pretty, laos na kay Matet,” the netizen wrote in their now-viral comment on social media, prompting Matet to respond online.
“Ito ah, hindi ko pinapansin, okay? Hindi ko pinapansin yang mga isyu kay Ate Mina, kay Kyline Alcantara, nadamay pa si Maui Taylor. Alam niyo, pupwede ba, wag kayong mangdamay sa mga isyu isyu ninyo. Yung mga eme eme niyong ganyan, kasi ako, nananahimik ako,” Matet began.

According to Matet, how can one be “laos” if they never rose to fame in the first place, telling the netizen to “fact check” first before commenting.
“Sasabihin pa akong laos nitong si Rossana Dimayuga, pano malalaos eh di naman sikat? O, hindi nalalaos ang hindi naging sikat. I-fact check niyo muna, pinost ko yan, sinabi ko yan phrase na yan, 2019. Yang phrase na yan is for a relative na hindi naman kagandahan, akala mo kung sinong mamintas. Pero syempre, naka-move on na tayo dun,” she said.
By the end of the video, Matet said, “Wag niyo kong pag-trip-an, kasi kapag ako nang-trip, hindi rin maganda.”

Matet de Leon is a Filipina actress who is one of the four adopted children of Nora Aunor and Christopher de Leon, along with fellow actress Lotlot de Leon. Matet is married to Mickey Estrada with whom she has four children.

Eventually, Matet said she knew Ogie only wanted to help her in clarifying a few things.. During the interview, Matet disclosed the conversation she had with Nora Aunor about the business.
Meanwhile, Matet De Leon was bashed by a netizen amid her rift with her adoptive mother Nora Aunor. The basher accused Matet of wanting attention because she is supposedly no longer famous. Additionally, the netizen called Matet an “ampon” who should be grateful to the people who raised her.
