Marco Gumabao, a Filipino actor, recently marked a new journey in his life as he will try a shot at politics with the support of his loved ones.
On Tuesday, October 1, Marco took to his Instagram page to upload photos that were taken of him giving a speech and talking to the people.

His partner, Cristine Reyes, was also spotted with him, showcasing her undying support as well.
According to the Filipino actor, this new journey of his marks a huge step and chapter in his life.

“Today marks a new journey. Para sakin, simula ‘to ng isang malaking yugto sa aking buhay. Panibagong simula na sigurado ako makakagawa ng malaking epekto hindi lang para sa sarili ko, kundi sa buong 4th district ng CamSur. Buo ang loob ko na lumaban para sa pagbabagong matagal nang inaasam, pagbabagong matagal na dapat pinaramdam sa Partido,” he wrote.
Following this news, Marco expressed his desire to serve other people, saying he believes others are called into this world to be of service.
“As a Christian, I believe that we are called in this world to be of service to others and not to be served. Mark 10:45. Ako po si Marco Imperial Gumabao, at sisiguraduhin ko, na ang serbisyo ang laging mangingibabaw,” he said.
