Kim Chiu is a Filipina-Chinese actress and television host. She broke through in showbiz after becoming a winner in Pinoy Big Brother. She was born on April 19, 1990, in Cebu City to Chinese businessman William Chiu and Louella Yap. Kim is also known as the “Chinita Princess” and was once hailed as the “Princess of Philippine Movies and TV.”
Recently, news about Kim and Darren Espanto being rushed to the hospital amid their preparations for “Magpasikat” on “It’s Showtime” stirred a buzz online. The reasons or conditions as to why they had to visit the hospital was not made known. Darren has taken to IG on Thursday, Oct. 17, showing a bandaged hand and making the thumbs-up sign. Meanwhile, Kim showed a photo inside the ambulance where only her legs could be seen.
