Kathryn Bernardo, during her latest interview, confessed she was initially hesitant to do a sequel for the 2019 film, Hello, Love Goodbye.
When Boy Abunda asked her how important Hello, Love, Again was to her, Kathryn admitted she was hesitant to do a new film about it.

According to the Kapamilya star, making a sequel for a well-loved movie is a tough choice to make and that it is not a walk in the park at all.
“I’ll start maybe as an actor. I’ll be honest, when they told me about it earlier this year, I was a bit hesitant. Kasi diba, Tito Boy, alam natin kung gaano kahirap gumawa ng sequel. And for me, I would like to leave it as Joy and Ethan, nag-end na yung love story nila. Parang iwan na natin yun. Then fast forward to 2024, when they told me about this, parang yun idea pa lang, sabi ko, ‘Are you sure? Kailangan pa natin ituloy yun kwento nila? Parang nakakatakot siyang sundan,'” Kathryn recalled.
