Here’s how to attend Corpus Christi home and garden show

The 24th annual home and garden show will take place Friday through Sunday at the American Bank Center.

The free event will run 2-6 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Sunday. Parking is free in American Bank Center lots two, three or five.

Attendees interested in home improvement or garden projects can find inspiration and meet local service providers at the show, including for building and remodeling, roofing and flooring, window and door, foundation repair, air conditioning, closet, home deĢcor and interior, kitchen and bath and outdoor living projects.

Vendors will also be selling items for the home, including plants, pianos, art, gifts and gourmet foods.

The event will feature live demonstrations from artist Jason Juranek, chef Gourmet Faye, chef Crystal Lyons and chef Tisha Gavlik, as well as garden and plant advice from Nueces County Master Gardeners.

There will be crafts and activities for kids.

Del Mar College’s building trades program will also have a booth showcasing hands-on demonstrations in skilled trades such as air conditioning, electrical work, building maintenance, plumbing and appliance repair.
