Gwen miduso og electoral protest

Niduso og election protest ang kampo ni Cebu Governor Gwendolyn Garcia ngadto sa buhatan sa Commission on Elections (Comelec) sa kaulohan aron kwestyunon ang resulta sa miaging piniliay.

Si Garcia wala hinuon modetalye kon kanus-a kini niduso sa electoral protest nga nikuwestiyon sa kadaugan sa iyang kaatbang nga si Governor-elect Pamela “Pam” Baricuatro.

“Well suffice it to say thereafter a lot of evidence has surfaced the latest of which there is now growing proof that the votes intended for Governor Gwen Garcia in fact where credited to my opponent, kutob lang sa ko diha but this is technical and software proven evidence,” matod ni Garcia atol sa tigom sa mga mayor sa Hunyo 3, 2025.

“We have also filed an electoral protest, we hope that the Comelec will act with dispatch on this electoral protest and we have as a sign of good faith to all of you mayors, we have decided to contest all of the clustered precincts and that’s over 4,100 why? Because i truly believe that the result of the gubernatorial election here in Cebu did not reflect the honest will of the people,” dugang niya.

Subay niini ang kampo ni Baricuatro wala pa makadawat sa kopya sa electoral protest.

“We are yet to receive a copy of the electoral protest. And as soon as we secure the document, we will provide relevant comments. It is surprising that such remedy is being availed by outgoing Gov Gwen Garcia’s camp considering that Governor-elect Pamela “Pam” Baricuatro received overwhelming 1.1 million mandate from the Cebuanos,” matod ni Atty. Si Atty. Francisco Pobe, Regional Director sa Comelec Central Visayas nipasabot nga ang pagduso og election protest adto sa kaulohan.
