Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 4 is full of new content including the new Marvel crossover. Epic Games has delivered a truckload of new content starting from the Absolute Doom battle pass to the new Day of Doom LTM.
Fortunately, there is more good news for Fortnite players: Epic Games is adding more content to the game with the upcoming update. The new update will introduce the most-awaited Fortnite Reload ranked mode, new weekly and storyline quests.
So, without further ado, here’s an overview of everything new in the upcoming Fortnite update.
Epic Games is adding new content to Fortnite with the upcoming update
In the previous major update released on September 17, Epic Games introduced the new Day of Doom LTM, Stark Industries POIs and weapon items. Moreover, the update also included the I Am Iron Man story questline.
Now after much speculation, Epic Games has confirmed that players will also get the most-awaited Fortnite Reload ranked mode just a week after the previous update. The new update will also include the ranked rewards for players to claim by playing Fortnite Reload ranked mode.
The news of the upcoming update was confirmed by Fortnite leaker ShiinaBR in a recent tweet. According to ShiinaBR’s confirmation, the update will roll out on all platforms on Tuesday, September 24, 9 AM ET.

Epic Games is releasing Fortnite Reload Ranked with the upcoming update
Like every other ranked mode introduction, players will be able to unlock an exclusive Felina skin by playing Forntite Reload ranked mode. The unlock process is fairly simple, requiring players to only play the game mode.
Aside from the ranked mode and exclusive skin, the new upcoming update might also include item shop changes. However, Epic Games has not revealed any upcoming skinline in their official Twitter account. Players can also expect the weekly quest refresh to become available with the update.
