(CNN) — Willy Wonka has returned. The chocolatier and torturer of naughty children is getting the prequel treatment in a new film starring Timothée Chalamet, coming to cinemas in December.

Chalamet’s first footage as Roald Dahl character Wonka was revealed on Tuesday. A young Wonka is seen setting off to disrupt the chocolate business and dismantle a candy cabal.
