Coney Reyes was in full support of his son, the Incumbent Mayor of Pasig City, Vico Sotto.

She was there when Mayor Vico filed his COC (Certificate of Candidacy), hoping for his third and final term as the City Mayor.

Also present on that special day was the mayor’s father, ‘Bossing’ Vic Sotto, who was very vocal, telling in an interview that he’s proud of his son.

Vico Sotto is the current mayor of Pasig City. He has become famous for being a hard-working, innovative, and honest politician. The young politician is the son of former couple Vic Sotto and Coney Reyes.

In a previous report by KAMI, Vico Sotto just recently filed his COC (Certificate of Candidacy) earlier today, October 05, 2024, for the upcoming 2025 elections. The Incumbent Mayor is hoping to clinch his third and last term as Pasig mayor. Amidst everything that’s going on in his political life, Vico still managed to squeeze some humor out of his staff who was with him during his COC filing. Netizens were quick to ride on the joke, but still, some people let the mayor know that they were rooting for him.

Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto responded to the graft case filed against him. In a social media post, the politician shrugged off the complaints, noting its “interesting timing.” Sotto, who has yet to receive a copy of the complaint, said the “old traditional politics” and “dirty tactics” will no longer work in Pasig. The complaint, filed by a certain Ethelmart Austria Cruz, alleged that Sotto granted a 100% tax discount to a telecommunications company based in the city despite its supposed inconsistencies in the submitted documents.
