Angelica Panganiban, in her latest online post, revealed that she had to undergo some much-needed therapy after her recent major hip surgery.
On Instagram, Angelica began by sharing that recovering from a hip replacement varies from person to person, and progress can vary greatly.

In her post, Angelica shared that she has been going to the Physiaré, a Physical Therapy Center, which has helped her so much in her recovery.
According to Angelica, after 4 days, she can finally walk without a walker, prompting the actress to say the word “palakpakan” in her post afterward.

“Recovering from a hip replacement varies from person to person. Minsan mabilis, minsan matagal. With @thephysiarephysicaltherapy naging madali recovery ko from surgery. Even before my operation, na-recommend na siya sakin ng ortho ko. Malaking tulong to strengthen my body to get ready sa major surgery ko. After 4 days post op, nakalakad na ko without walker. PALAKPAKAN,” she wrote.
