Ken Chan, a Filipino-Chinese actor, was recently tried to have been served a warrant of arrest for his Syndicated Estafa charge at his house in Quezon City.

In a video that ABS-CBN uploaded, Atty. Joseph Noel Estrada faced the media and briefly talked about the actor’s alleged “investment scam.”

According to Estrada, there is an alleged “investment scam” that served as the basis for the complaint against the well-known actor.

“Very short lang po ang pwede kong maibigay. Meron pong investment scam na naging basehan po ng complaint at nakitaan ng piskalya na maiakyat ito sa korte na makasuhan po ng Syndicate Estafa si Ken Chan at kasama yung kanyang co-accused,” Estrada told the media.

In ABS-CBN’s post, it was also reported that Ken allegedly asked for Php 14,000,000 from his client as an ‘investment’ for a restaurant business.
