PocketGamer.biz Top 50 Mobile Game Makers 2024 to be unveiled at PGC Helsinki

The PocketGamer.biz Top 50 Mobile Game Makers 2024 list will be unveiled at Pocket Gamer Connects Helsinki on October 1st and 2nd.

Every year we compile a list of the companies in the mobile games business we think are at the top of their game. We’ve also enlisted the help of our readers and have received a host of nominations for consideration.

And this year the reveal will be extra special, as it marks our 15th edition!

While nominations have ended, we’re currently busy putting together the final list. The Top 50 Game Makers covers developers and publishers of all sizes. Tool providers, engine makers, ad networks, and other service providers and middleware vendors are not eligible for entry.

Final placement in the Top 50 list is an editorial decision. The criteria to make the list includes the quality and quantity of new games released, financial performance over the last 12 months, notable innovation or impact on the industry, cultural importance, and future potential.

We’ll be revealing the companies that made it onto the list at PGC Helsinki, which takes place on October 1st and 2nd.
