Breaking away from their usual September Direct stream, Nintendo has announced today through their social media accounts about a new streaming event featuring both Indie and Partner showcases, scheduled for August 27th.
The stream will start off with an Indie World, showcasing several Indie projects and titles for the Nintendo Switch, and afterwards a Partner Showcase will follow, with this presentation being a “back-to-back” Nintendo Direct. The stream will begin on August 27th, 2024 at 7am PT / 9am ET.
Nintendo also noted that there will be no updates or announcements in regards to their upcoming Switch successor console in any of the two presentations being featured tomorrow.
Please note, there will be no mention of the Nintendo Switch successor during either of these presentations.
