On the morning of Saturday, August 24, law enforcement personnel were observed at the Kingdom of Jesus Christ compound in Davao City, executing a warrant of arrest against evangelist Apollo Quiboloy and his associates. This marked the second occasion on which the police attempted to serve the warrant.
As of 6:30 a.m., no arrests had been made.
In conjunction with the operation, one lane of the national highway was closed to traffic as raiding units established their presence in the northbound lane of the roadway. #PilipinasToday
