For his part, Senate President Chiz Escudero is asking the LTO to identify the owner or its driver.
“The driver violated the law. The actions of the driver/passenger are unacceptable. I urge LTO to identify the owner-user of the vehicle and to inform the Senate as soon as possible,” Senator Chiz, as quoted by ABS-CBN, reportedly said.
“If indeed the owner is a member of the Senate, I expect him/her to come forward and instruct the person/s driving the vehicle to responsibly face the consequences and of their actions as soon as they know and find out about the incident themselves and to surrender and present themselves to the authorities accordingly,” the Senate President also reportedly said.
According to ABS-CBN, Sen. Chiz then commended the traffic officers who flagged down the vehicle and stood their ground.
“I commend Secretariat Barnachea and Reyno for keeping their composure and remaining courteous notwithstanding the circumstances that they encountered,” Sen. Chiz, in a report by ABS-CBN, reportedly stated.

It can be recalled that the video of the SUV bearing the plate number 7 being flagged down by a female enforcer at EDSA Guadalupe Station’s northbound lane, which backed away and escape, recently went viral. According to authorities, this happened Sunday evening, November 3, at past six in the evening. In the video uploaded by the Special Action and Intelligence Committee for Transportation, one can see the SUV with plate number 7 trying to go forward even if the female enforcer is already blocking its path. When the enforcer did not budge, the SUV backed up until it reached an open barrier and then turned and fled with the passenger in the back flipping a birdie to the enforcers.

Sabandal and was published by GMA News showed so much fish. Residents in the area were filling up their nets with so much fish that it could certainly last for quite long. People were certainly having a blast, getting all the fish into the net.
