Rider Noni, a popular social media vlogger known for sharing her biking adventures across India, recently recounted an incident of harassment in Ajmer, Rajasthan. In a viral video, Noni described how an unidentified man misbehaved with her while she was walking her pet cat, Hukum, during a stop on her journey from Jodhpur to Ajmer.

Noni shared that her cat often delays its bathroom needs while travelling. As dawn approached, she stopped by the roadside in Ajmer to walk her cat when an unknown man protested against her cat’s bathroom break on the streets, and shockingly attempted to harm her cat, she claimed in the video.

Further, she sought help from the police, filing a formal complaint when the situation escalated. The video, which has since gone viral, shows the man on his knees apologising while his mother and wife request the vlogger to take back her police action. Despite the apology, the incident has ignited an outrage, raising concerns about women’s safety.

The video accumulated over 12 million views as many social media users expressed concerns over women’s safety. A user wrote, “It’s really sad you had to face this mess! But you handled it well.” Another user commented, “Don’t take your complaint back, let them suffer the consequences of their actions. If you hadn’t filed a complaint would he be apologising to you? No.”

“If he can do that with you , you need to understand this is how he must have treat her ladies at home , you should not taken back your complaint, it would be a lesson for him,” a third user reacted.
