Apple’s recently-discontinued iPhone 13 is now available at a discounted price on Flipkart as part of the ongoing Big Billion Days sale. It is currently priced at Rs 40,999, and with the right bank cards, one can get it for as low as Rs 39,749. The price will come down even more for those who have an older smartphone they are willing to exchange.
However, if you are not sure about buying a discontinued iPhone 13, launched in 2021, here is a detailed analysis of the same.
iPhone 13 is as good as the iPhone 14
There aren’t many differences between the iPhone 13 and the iPhone 14, except for the fact that the iPhone 14 costs Rs 10,000 more than the iPhone 13. Hence, if you are looking for an iPhone for around Rs 40,000, the iPhone 13 is clearly a great choice, and when compared to the iPhone 14, you aren’t going to miss out on much.
However, if you are considering the iPhone 15, which is around Rs 15,000 more expensive than the iPhone 13, it definitely delivers a much bigger upgrade.
Should you worry about its discontinued status?
While Apple has officially discontinued the iPhone 13, it doesn’t mean much, especially for anyone considering buying one. The only difference between the continued and discontinued iPhone is the fact that you can’t buy the iPhone 13 directly from an Apple Store. Apple will still honour all the warranties, and you can even buy additional Apple Care+ to extend the warranty by two years.
How long can an iPhone 13 last?
