Chandigarh: A shocking incident surfaced from Punjab’s Mohali district where a man thrashed a five-year-old boy for allegedly barking at his dog. The entire incident was caught on CCTV installed in the area.
According to NDTV‘s report, the boy was returning from tuition when he saw the dog and started imitating it. It reportedly irked the owner of the dog.
The video, which went viral, shows the dog’s owner charging at the boy and starting thrashing him. He even pushed him onto the ground and put his foot on his chest. When the passers-by gathered, the man left the spot.
Meanwhile, the boy walked away with another boy. The police reportedly took cognizance of the incident. Cops are scanning the CCTV footage to identify the man. A detailed investigation has been launched into the matter.
