According to a report by James Agustin on Unang Balita this Friday, police investigation reveals the victim is a 17-year-old girl.

Police Lieutenant Colonel Angelito De Juan, Project 4 Police Station Commander, detailed the alleged incident.

The victim allegedly managed to report the incident to her father, leading to the filing of a r@pe case.

The senior citizen suspect was immediately apprehended.

Police indicate that this isn’t the first time the suspect has been accused.

He was allegedly first arrested in 2023 for molesting the same victim but was able to post bail at that time.

De Juan stated, “The same thing was done. Now, the child was buying around 3:40 p.m. on November 1, and maybe he was tempted there, he also did that molestation to the child.”

The suspect, however, denies all allegations against him.
