Stellar Blade is set in a distant future where humanity has fled to the stars after Earth is overrun by monstrous creatures. Player control Eve, the lone survivor of an android expeditionary force on a mission to uncover the truth of what happened, and hopefully make Earth habitable once again.
The gameplay is inspired by From Software games like Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, but with its own unique combat twist where you gain access to new abilities as you take down more enemies. If you find these games to be challenging, Stellar Blade offers a very flexible difficulty system to give you advantages in battle if needed. “A strong battle system and exciting moments make Stellar Blade more than just an imitator,” Imran Khan wrote in GameSpot’s Stellar Blade. A sequel is also in development
