A Norwegian man named Johan Helberg was in a deep sleep when he was startled by an unexpected and massive visitor right in front of his house.

In a featured video shared by GMA Integrated News on YouTube, a giant container ship appeared just outside his home.

The ship damaged part of his front yard and stopped only a few steps away from his house.

“I sleep well. I have always slept well at night. I was woken up by an annoying doorbell that just kept going on and on and on,” Helberg shared in an interview.

His neighbor delivered the news to him, saying: “Then it was like half-dark. And then I heard a boat that, I think he was going by, so I just wanted to get up and see. I glanced out the window, the bedroom window.”

“Hey, hey. Like that. It didn’t help anything, nothing, unfortunately,” he added.

According to the report, the Cypriot-flagged cargo ship measures 443-feet with 16 crew members on board.

Thankfully, nobody was hurt from the incident and no reported oil-spill occurred after.

Helberg’s house wasn’t damaged at all, apart from a damaged heating pipe from his cabin. Norway Police is already investigating the incident and trying to figure out what caused the ship to crash in that area.
