Before becoming a full-time travel organizer, Jade worked in Davao City’s BPO industry for nearly five years. “Every time I receive my salary and incentives, I usually save up for my future travels,” he said. 

Weekend trips, strategic leaves, and short regional getaways laid the foundation for his nationwide quest.

He officially began his journey in 2019, with a pause during the pandemic, finally completing the challenge on January 29, 2024. Though he initially planned to end with Batanes, fate had other ideas. A chance to organize a Holy Week trip to Batanes came earlier than expected, so Zamboanga Sibugay became the last province he checked off the list.

“It feels surreal that I can proudly say that I am now part of history as one of the Filipino travelers who was able to complete this challenge,” Jade added.
