‘Friend zone’ no more: How Dominic Roque, Sue Ramirez went from friends to lovers

— At the recent launch of PLDT and Netflix’s new partnership, the content creator opened up about how the love between him and the actress started.

“Matagal na kami magkaibigan, hindi man ‘yung parang magkasama palagi, pero nagkakabatian kami, nagkakamustahan kami, Instagram, something like that,” Dominic clarified to Philstar.com and other media.

In an exclusive interview with Philstar.com, Dominic stressed that it was also not love at first sight between him and Sue: “Dati na kaming magkaibigan, nagbago lang. We’ve been friends for a long time also. Way back 2013 and all – messaging each other, kamustahan on social media. Matagal na rin po kaming magkakilala.”

Although they did not start as lovers right away, and they also recently came from very controversial breakups – Dominic with actress Bea Alonzo, and Sue with politician Javi Benitez, Dominic assured everyone that Sue and him are very happy.

“We’re good, we’re happy together. We enjoy our time with our friends, families, so happy!”
