Lions: Lionesses may eat cubs that aren’t their own, often in situations of power struggles or competition for resources within the pride.

Spiders: Certain spider species, like the black widow, sometimes consume their young after mating, using the nutrients to support their eggs.

Black Bears: Mother black bears may sometimes eat their cubs if they feel threatened, or if the cubs are weak or deformed.
These behaviors are not exclusive to these animals and can be seen in other species too.
They are usually motivated by environmental factors or survival needs, rather than an intent to harm their young.
